Cameron Sterling

Cameron is a Qualified Mental Health Associate, currently completing her master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in At-Risk Youth from Washington State University. She has spent the past four years working in social services emphasizing trauma-informed care with a variety of clients. Though, she has a passion for working with adolescents and adults.

 

Cameron works from both a Strengths-Based and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) approaches to therapy, blending mindfulness and body-centered techniques to address the root causes of stress and emotional challenges. She values meeting clients where they are at by fostering a supportive and empathic environment for the client to gain a better understanding of their personal strengths and abilities. She aims to help increase their confidence in healthy and effective coping. 

 

Outside of the office, Cameron enjoys going to concerts, listening to audiobooks, thrifting, and spending time with friends and family (including the cat)!
